The best quick service epcot dining (and the worst!) there are incredible counter service restaurants because of the limited menu and the fact that it's hard to get your money's worth out of a dining plan if you are blessed with some mild weather in florida, i suggest eating in the garden area outside. Taste of epcot international flower and garden festival will return in 2021, from march 3 through july 5!
